text to speech

I don´t have the speech to text on my acer c530 with copilot 6, and following links here i do not have the tts cab files or a pocket speech folder on the install cd or the pda it is not on the installation cd that came with the product which is a european version purchased in spain, can i use the tts cab files from my older ver 3
