GARMIN i3 AND FILE TRANSFER PROBLEM

I loaded the speed camera databse on my i3 about 12 months ago and had no problems loading it.
I decided it was time to update the system and have downloaded the single file for the POILOADER and saved it in a new folder called Garmin on my PC having unzipped the files.
My problem comes when i locate the files and then try to upload them onto my i3. I get a mesage on screen saying "GPS UNABLE TO ACCESS MEMORY REGION. COULD BE DUE TO INCOMPATABILITY BETWEEN APPLICATION AND GPS"

Could anyone tell me what this is on about and what i have done wrong or what i need to do. For info i did update the POIloader.

Uninstall POILoader and download a fresh copy from Garmin

CLICK HERE

Install and try again.

Might be worth trying the option to Clear All Existing POIs (or something like that) first. Then load the new ones on.

Also if you i3 has a memory card in the side, try removing it and replacing it.

SORTED. THAT SEEMED TO DO THE TRICK .UNINSTALLING PREVIOUS POI BEFORE NEW ONES.
