Anyone else having a problem with this outfit?
I ordered a clip and mount for my Go300 and Porsche Boxter on 5th June. After I chased the order by email I was informed by email that they were out of stock but would be arriving on 29th June and would be dispatched by express mail immediately. Yesterday (4th July) I spent most of the afternoon trying to get a reply from their Sales number and their Customer Service number but just ended up listening to music and was periodically cut off. I sent them 2 emails but have had no response whatsoever.

I tried their sales line again this morning at 9-15. Listened to music again until I was cut off 14 minutes later. Something fishy there. This is their sales line for taking orders by phone, not customer support.
All I can do now is cancel the order by email.

I sent an email cancelling my order and explaining why. I got the following reply:
Dear Sir
Am afraid that the item is still out of stock and ive been told that we haven't got a date of when the item will be coming in.

They don't seem to care that their phone system isn't working.

I'm now going to DSL Developments; they seem to get good reviews.

Received confirmation of cancellation from PDAOnline at 3-30 yesterday.
Ordered same items from DSLDevelopments at 4 pm.
They arrived this morning at 10am. 18 hour delivery,
How good is that! Brilliant! :D

Hi,

Similar problem. Order placed 6th Jan (items showing as is stock).
No payment taken but online order status says "Allocating Stock". ~ 1hr 30mins on hold. Give up & email them asking why order not processed (especially as website currently shows items as in stock).
