Do you really mean SmartPhone with built in GPS as these don't have touch screens and can be difficult to use in comparison to a PDA based phone which does come with touch screen.
Have a look at the HTC Artemis P3300 its a decent device, or the O2 XDA Orbit which is an O2 badged version of the same device, also look at the T-Mobile MDA Compact-III which again is Artemis based but devoid of WiFi - still a very capable performer - we would need to know more about what you want from the device in terms of performance, software etc to be anymore assistance - Mike

prefer PDA based phone which does come with touch screen

In which case the three devices I mentioned are all ok for you to consider I use the HTC Artemis and MDA C-III on a daily bases and they work great.

I have just got an HTC Artemis (MDA Compact III)with built in reciever on contract from T-Mobile it works a treat and gets better and faster GPS reception than either of my bluetooth devices
