SW download doesn't seem to start

Hi -

I have just subscribed to PocketGPSWorld to try to get Speed Camera SW for my Garmin c-series . I click on the Click Here for Install button for the relevant SW on this page http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/subscription.php
but nothing happens and it just returns me to this page http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/uksafetycameras-garmin.php
- no SW ever seems to get downloaded . Any ideas ? Thanks

Has you subscription been confirmed?

What happens if you click on the big yellow speed camera logo top left of this page?

Also, a minor point for when you DO get access.... you are not downloading and installing software, it is just a database (a list of names and numbers), which you are copying onto your machine, either directly, or in your case via POI Loader.
Seems a small point, but it helps to understand what exactly is going on. Smile

Bernie, when you say "I click on the Click Here for Install button for the relevant SW", there's an awful lot of "click here"s on that page!
If you mean the "Click Here" in the red/green section, then it ISN'T "to install"; as it's heading says, it's a link to "Installation / Help".

That's why it takes you to the second page you mention. Follow the instructions and the links on THAT page, and Bob's your uncle.

Once you know how to do it, the quickest way to the actual download page is by clicking on the yellow camera box on any forum page.
