Mapsonic vs TomTom2

I recently swapped PDAs for the day with a friend who uses Mapsonic whilst I use TomTom2. I quite liked the map format in Mapsonsic and the way it zooms out and in to give you a better idea of where you are. I found the instructions a little more sense than TomTom but being English I got fed up with everything being in metric and no apparent way of setting anything other than road speeds in miles (per hour). It also does not display your current speed.

I prefer TomTom of the two and with TomTom3 due, I doubt I will change camp.

I think Mapsonic still needs some time to mature. It is nowhere near TomTom yet...
