activation for tom tom 6

Hi all,
I have a Tom Tom 6 installed on my P990i with the device code xxxxxx. I did buy the software but do not have the box which holds the product code. I contacted TomTom but no help could be given. Could somebody help me with the activation code please. I had it on my previous mobile (P990i) but was stolen in 6 days from brand new, hence the trouble. It is frustrating to hold all (software, gps reciever, dvd)but unable to use it.

Where did you buy it? What did you do with the product code card?

You could try asking the vendor...

putting your device code on here will be no help to you at all.

you could try ttcode.com and put you device code in there

otherwise as said above you could contact the vendor you bought it from or the other option is to contact tomtom though you will need to have all you transaction documents to hand and be prepared to fax the to tomtom

I do understand that it is useless without the product code, unfortunately I bought the product through e-bay, and no matter how many requests, I am unable to get the vendor to respond. I do not have the box except the c.d. I think it is futile to try any further as no remedy is being made. But thank you all for the reply.
