Hi,
i have paid for for a couple of weeks membership to down load the data base at different times.. very happy .
The local councel installed two cameras were i live in selston i submitted the postions the day they were installed i got the email from you guys saying you had recieaved this submission from me but nothing since to say you had confirmed them.
No one could have beat me on the submission as i logged them as they were installed.
The free membership would be handy were did i go wrong? .
keep up the good work. |

There have been a few claims to this effect before and i think all weren't first. Don't forget there are others who have inside information on where cameras are going to be including the installation team. One of them could submit the site just before the camera goes up.
Someone will confirm what happened shortly so good luck. If you weren't first then keep trying. |

There are currently two Gatsos on the B600 in Selston on the camera download file, Gatso:29623 and Gatso:29624, each about two hundred yards either side of Chapel Road. If those are "your" two, then they have already been accepted into the database and if you had been first to submit them, you would by now have been notified that you have been awarded the free membership (the memberships are always awarded within 24-48 hours of the database update).
It takes quite a bit to be the first - for example, if you saw them being erected as you went out to work in the morning, someone else might well have reported them before you reached a computer - early bird and all that. Depends how well travelled the site is. I've reported holes being dug before now and still not been first. I still keep reporting though and I hope you will too - I went to Nottingham not long ago and its been folk like you who got the cameras where I went. _________________ Dennis

Hi borg-drone1,
I've looked into this and at the date of submission you were not a subscribed member. You need to be a subscribed member at the time of submission to qualify for the lifetime subs:

The last time you had subscribed was 4 months before the submission.
