Garmin has some coverage for Croatia and Greece in thier V9 release and they have third party suppliers who make maps for Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia-Herzegovina. I can't find anything for Macedonia or Serbia, though.
Vito Technology seem to have a wide range of maps for PPC use, though I have no personal knowledge of them. _________________ Tim
