Who do i contact about my Subscription status?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me who to contact reagrding the status of my account? It appears that my subscription has expired, but I am sure i haven't been a member for a year already, how can I check this?

Hi Gregs,

Our system says you've never subscribed - at least not with this username! Can you have a think to any other usernames you may have used?

If you can't think of any other usernames you may have used but have some other email addresses that you may have used then please email these to us at subscriptions AT pocketgpsworld.com and we can try find your account.

Note that Gregs Joined: May 29, 2006 according to his info. Is he / she getting Subscription and Membership mixed up??? ie may have joined the forum but not subscribed. If you see what i mean.....

paul, it's more likely that he has 2 user accounts which happens every so often (even though this is against forum rules)
