I posted this error a week ago....
I have the same av software installed and went all over the place trying to get it downloaded.
In the end used another office pc with a different av product and it worked ok - so I think kaspersky is the problem - not sure if turning it off with a minute to go would make it work or not? _________________ -----------------------------------------------------------

I get to 85% & then get this error.
I'm using Norton Internet Security 2007 on Windows Vista.
Any suggestions please? |

That's my next task.
It's so frustrating having a 252MB download that you keep having to start from the beginning again every time! |
