Tomtom home v1.5 build 106

I have downloaded this new version of tom tom home but whn I connect my tt1 the dialog box opens asking me if I want to start tt home and after the programme has gone through the checking files bit I get a message saying tomtom home has encoutered a problem and will shut down....and it does...if it doesnt do that it frequently locks up..any one else have this problem or is it just me??? Any remedies welcome.

I get this as well sometimes all i do is close TT home and then restart TT home through start/ All programs Tom Tom Home
