Hi..I own a TomTom One original,i need to run euro maps on it and thought it would be a good idea to buy a sd card with the mapping on....so i bought one via ebay (an origional tomtom one) and it appears to be for the new tomtom euro....and guess wot yup the unit doesnt see the maps.....so i was wondering did i waste my hard earnt cash or is there a way around this....i have looked on the sd card and it appears the maps are on so it must be the unit not reading it ryt ???....any help would be great ....thanx |

The software must be OK for you to know that it doesn't see the Map.
What happens when you switch on, and how far does it get?
You have told us very little. We need to know a bit more to be able to give you any constructive help. _________________ Richard

I switch on the unit it loads to the page were you have to agree to the conditions (ie green page) ....then up comes the normal page and it says no maps found and that it.....so only the page loads but nothing in the map part and nothing in the tool bar.....so i dont know.....i have today checked the sd card in the new tomtom one(at a halfords store) and it works ok.....but they had no old tomtom to try it on......but i know my works ok cos when i put the old sd card in its ok.. |
