Hi
I am trying to help a friend who is having problems logging in. He has definitly subscribed to the emails as when we try to create a new user it says email address already registered, but he has forgotten his Nickname & password.
Do I need to post his email address on here or is there somewhere a little more private I can do it?

Make sure you send your PM to one of the Admin team members and not a Moderators as Moderators do not have the ability to check member details.
