Hi i was wondering if anyone out there has downloaded this map?
iI did recently just before heading over there (my mother lives there)
I purchased this map because my standard map only covers the major roads of europe & i wanted a more detailed map.
The problem is when i got there i landed at the airport and typed my mothers address into it and it did not recognise it. i there fore tried to narrow it down and just put the place in (Bulnuevo just outside of Mazarron, southern spain) and it did not recognise this place as well.
when i go on to tomtom home it says it is installed but i have been reading a few threads and if i go on to the splash screen on my tom tom that tells you the version number & what maps are installed, it just says that the standard uk/europe map is installed.
i was wondering if anyone else has the spain map or is experiencing the same problem???
as per usual i have treid emailing tom tom several times but to no avail. |

Yep. Sounds like you forgot to 'Switch Maps' and are still using the old one.
I would have thought that you would have played around with it and tested it before leaving home. |
