rubbed off serial number

on my TT go 910 i have managed to rub the serial number off the silver strip. is there a way for me to get it off the device at all?

On the assumption that you have installed TomTom HOME and it doesn't lock up when you connect our GO910, click on Help, Configuration info..." and under the 'Connected device' heading it will show you the Device ID and its Serial Number.

Thanks for that worked a treat. just managed to order my new window mount.

is there anywhere i can get another rubber ball thing (not sure what its called) which goes in the back of the TT mine has falled out and ive lost it. makes the TT very unsecure too
