Toshiba E355 ??

Is it Toshiba E355 good for GPS navigation. I want to use him with Holux-210 and Mapoplice soft. when i will travel in Germany (I still don`t have anything from hardware) . Now I live in Macedonia ex.YU (Balkan), so my question is also can this stuff help me in Macedonia, Bulgaria and Greece with Autoroute and how big map can be stored in SD-256 mem.
And finally for what purpose serve CF Card Slot (3.3V), which I thing Toshiba E355 don`t have him? (maybe I`m wrong).

AFAIK, I don't think the Holux GM-210 supports the Toshiba, but I may be wrong. Certainly the Leadkte 9531/9532 supports the Toshiba 330.

The maps will be segmented so you download country (smaller) sized maps and will have multiple maps for a specific country (rather than country sized maps). There's no limit to how many you can have on a storage card.
