Mio c710 bluetooth auto-connect

My c710 used to auto-connect to my Toshiba 803 mobile phone whenever I got in the car. Since a recent update, it will not any more. I have gone through and set it up in the same way as before, and the phone has the same settings (including "trust device"). Everytime i get in the car now I have to explore bluetooth devices, select the toshiba 803, then select the voice gateway.

Anyone know what changed? Is it something they did? Or have I missed a setting that I happened to get right last time?
