Hi,
Just had my 910 replaced under warranty, however, after trying to install the latest camera database I am struggling!!! My first 910 a friend installed the cameras for me so am not sure how he uploaded them, I am following the instructions on here to the T & am stuck!! I am placing the camera files into the Western European folder as instructed yet when I view the poi's all the files are missing!!!
Somebody else has reported the same on here but didn't seem to disply the answers!!

On the assumption that you are using the cameras from here, there are at least two things you must do.
First, you must have copied BOTH files (or both sets of files), namely the .ov2 and the .bmp file/s (the bmp file is the picture you'll see on the 910).
Second, you must ENABLE the cameras (POIs).
Tap screen then tap "Change Preferences". Next, tap "Enable/disable POIs". Now tap the down arrow until you get to the pocketgps camera and tap the box next to it so that it gets a tick. Then click DONE.
Now, tap screen then tap Change Preferences, then tap right arrow until you get the screen showing "Manage POIs" and tap that. Then tap "Warn when near POI", then tap the pgpsw camera. You will get a choice for distance, but just tap DONE, then tap the box which will put a tick against "Warn only if POI is on route", then choose a warning sound, then tap DONE.
And you've finished. When you drive somewhere near a speed camera, you'll get warned both by a flashing symbol on screen and by a sound. _________________ Dennis
