Hello to everyone,
As you may see, I am new here and I hope I am posting my question to the correct forum.
I have just bought an Ipaq 3970 and a Navman 3400 and I am wondering if I can use both my 256Mb CF card in the Navman sleeve (for the Smart ST data) at the same time as a 128Mb SD card in the 3970 unit. I haven't bought the SD card yet, as I didn't want to waste my money in case you can only use one or the other.
Sure, you can use both at the same time. You can install other apps etc to the SD card or data you have, even MP3 files and just use the CF card for map storage, or vice versa even.
Thanks for the info Dave. I shall go and order my SD card now. Also, another question, if you don't mind. My Navman 3400 came with SmartST Pro v1.91. Is this the current version ? If not, is it worth me upgrading to a newer version ?

Many thanks,

1.91 is the latest version, although there have been a number of patches released. Follow this link http://www.navman-mobile.com/downloads.php?id=AA005213 for the details. Also, Navman are working on a new version of the software with some enhancements over the current offering. Keep watching this forum for details. _________________ Tim
