Icons and POI download

I have just downloaded some POIs. The download consists of an Excel spreadsheet and a bitmap image for each category. It is possible to get the icons to show up in POIs? I can only get text shown e.g. Esso petrol stations has "Esso" and if I click on this entry I get a list of the stations. Can I get the Esso logo to appear?

Nick, I don't have a Garmin so cannot help directly, but from your first post, are you saying that you want to see the icon when you browse the list of POIs, or just on the map and the navigation screen as normal?

I mean on the list when I browse POIs but don't know if this is possible. I assume if I select a POI and go to it, or look at a map the icon will be displayed. Is this correct?
