I have recently purchased an upgrade from my TomTom 500 to the newer 510. The Windscreen mount was the old one, and the Homedock mains kept coming out, loose connection. I tried using the TomTom website to order a new one, but couldn't get past the part of entering my serial number, kept saying invalid format
After trying capital letters and non capital letters, I gave up! So I decided to phone TomTom. After 15 minutes of being on hold I got through to someone After explaining the problems, the windscreen mount being a known problem and the Homedock being a new one to TomTom, I was told that a new Windscreen mount and Homedock and Mains charger would be sent at no charge
So anyone with an issue with either simply has to phone TomTom who should send you a new set at no charge, bonus!

Just to let you know, I have received all my items from TomTom today (10th Jan)
Not bad considering Christmas and the New Year, pretty quick.
Very happy, now I have a spare Car Windscreen Mount, Home Dock and Mains Charger, all for FREE
Try it, you never know, you should also get the same, saving around £60 and getting spares for the office, second car or just in case of breakages.
