Motorway exits

Hi All

I use Copilot Live 6 on my Mio A701 - I use Jane (ie the WAVs).

Is it just me or does everyone hear "Just ahead take exit -" with no exit number? the way the "exit" is said is as if Jane meant to say "...take exit 5" etc.

Any ideas?

Mine's the same, never an exit number - I think this has been posted before with result that this is "correct" (i.e. just another ALK feature.)

I see - many thanks for that. It is so obvious that something is missing from the text - a shame that there is no fix for it.

(I tried searching for the topic but could not find any info - hence my question!)

I assumed it did this as the word "exit" used for a motorway junction is the same word (and so same file) as the "exit" used at roundabouts, and the intonation on the file is that for roundabouts. It does sound odd.
