Hi
Looking at screen shots from PDA themes etc. most show a battery life indicator. This appears next to the volume indicator in the top menu bar on the 'today' view.
I am running the 2003 software on an IPAQ 2210, I only have 'connectivity' , 'volume' and 'time'. Is there a way to also display the battery indicator here as described above?
Many thanks

The most popular utility that provides this as well as many other useful features such as task management and more is Wisbar. The great news is that it's free, the latest version is Wisbar Advance and it's available for download from Lakeridge Software.
We all use it and it's the first thing I load on a new unit _________________ Darren Griffin |

Another popular package that provides this feature is Battery Pack 2004 from Omega One. That, however, is not freeware.
The latest version (5.2.0) only displays the battery bar if you have the Battery Bar enabled in the Today Screen. As I don't (I use PocketMon from Sprite Backup Premium Edition these days, though I do use Program Bar), I no longer have the little battery bar by my clock at the top of the screen - but it is commonly seen in screenshots nevertheless, as is the task manager built into Battery Pack.
If I had to criticise Battery Pack for one thing, it's that recent versions turn on loads of stuff by default, including the task manager and a repeating alarms system. They can be tricky to turn off!

Many thanks guys.
While I'm here I must comment on what a well running and imformative forum this is. I'm amazed at how quick my questions have been comprehensively answered over the last few days. Thanks!
