Failed Download

Can you help me please. I have paid the £19.00 for years memebrship, when I downloaded for my TomTom 4.420, the file .OV2 did not download. I tried to re-download but cannnot find the version with download buttons. Are you only able to download the reqd database once. I am not a computer expert,so would like help on this please. (obviously, I do not want to pay another £19.00 !!)

It doesn't download an OV2 File but a Zip File. It is quite small so it happens very quickly.

It could be that the File, pgpsw-speed-cams.zip, is sitting on your Hard Drive somewhere.

You can download the File more than once.;)
