Just emailed the link to the Wiltshire Speed Camera Department.
Not sure whether they'll go for it, so I suggested anyone going more that 10mph BELOW the speed limit should get done for kerb crawling!! 
They'll earn twice as much....

What, you mean you weren't looking at the big signs they were holding and waving around?
