lost TMC - 360

We have had TMC working once on the new 360 however at some point in the past I lost the blue indicator and now only ever have the greyed out symbol on the menu screen. As I drive down the M4 between Swindon and Reading I would have thought that I would be in a reasonable signal area.

I have replaced the standard (not the final or interim fix) power lead with a Motorola one however this does not seem to have fixed anything.

Is there something that I could have done to cause this to no longer be available? Is there something that I can do to bring it back?

A couple of things...

Firstly, it appears it needs to be a genuine Motorola charger, not a unbranded one.

Secondly, I've driven that stretch of the M4 3 or so times now, and not had a single traffic report except around Swindon.
