Navman 550 Help

Please help - this is doing my head in.
Have a Navman 550 - I've downloaded the database and the instructions on how to upload to navman. I've downloaded the consolidated by type as told - when I go to navman and pois map etc it is looking for asci files and doesn't recognise the file I've downloaded. How do you extract the relevent files from the downloaded database. Please help. Thank you.

If you have Windows XP? Use Windows Explorer to locate your zipfile. Then highlight it, right-click and choose 'Extract all'.
