I have the medion 100,bought it s/h in full working order,it was hard reset by the previous owner..I reinstalled etc etc etc and all works fine..BUT..i get ''No gps receiver detected'' when i try n use medion navigator..can anyone help please,it would be MUCH appreciated. |

How long have you left it switched on for before giving up. From a cold start, the GPS receiver can take rather longer to initialise than the device itself. I use a PNA175 and the GPS receiver takes about 90 seconds to initialise after turning it on.
Does your screen have a "no of satellites detected" icon anywhere? On the PNA175 this is orange while the receiver initialises and changes to green once it's up
Maybe the PNA100 does the same sort of think.

Hiya mike,
Not seen any satellite icons at all ..everything works BUT the gps.it has a gps switch on the side of unit to switch it on n off,however theres nothing to tell u whether its on or off,im having a right mare |
