I chose TomTom Home, then UK-Speed Zoned Complete.
Are the files different if you chose TomTom OV2, then the Speed Zone Complete (24 files)?
Confusing! |

The files will contain the same data, however the format is different, to use the Home Download it needs to be installed to the device using the TomTom Home application on the PC, if you don't have the TT Home application then you should use the TT ov2 file format and install using Windows Explorer - Mike |

I installed the TomTom Home Version by just copying the files over using windows explorer. It seems to be working OK.
So do you think i should delete it and install the OV2 version instead?[/quote] |

Could you explain what you did to install the home version?
If you double clicked the file with the CAB extension Windows will unzip the file and it should have contained the camera files, which you then copy to the Map folder - If you have done this then you will be fine, the data will be on the device.
As you are using a TT 510 (IIRC - if not please correct me) what I have detailed above is not the prefered method of install when using the Home download, but if it works for you then thats fine please have a look HERE for the intended way to use the TT Home download - Mike |

Yes, i selected TomTom Home, then UK-Speed Zoned Complete, downloaded the file, unzipped it using windows, opened the pocketgpsworld_speed_zoned_files, copied all of the files into the map folder of my TomTom 510 via the home dock (but not using TomTom Home software, just using windows explorer).
Sorry, what is IIRC? |

Then you have nothing to worry about, you have the correct install - as I said earlier this is not the intended way of using the home style download, but if it works why not!
