G4850S Integrated GPS Car Kit

I am having a bit of trouble with the PDA mount, when I plug the T5 into
the cradle and try to play .mp3's the audio is very jerky and it seems to
hang at time's. When I try to use normal functions i.e. Contact's or the
Calendar, the Palm is very un-responsive I have to select the function
two to three time's before it works. The same thing happens when I select
TomTom Navigator, however once the Navigator software is running, the audio is fine and the GPS function work's well.

The above only happens when the Palm is in the cradle, when it is out and running on the internal battery all functions work 100% with the exception of the GPS as that is built into the cradle.

Is there anything you can think of that would point to a solution to my problem.
I am very impressed with the device and would like to get it going without any of the problems mentioned above.

As its now 30 September I thought I would post an update....

After contacting Seidio support to explain the problem I received the following on the 26 April

5 Months and still no update.......... Hmmmmmmmmm me thinks Seidio couldnt give a rat's arse about Customer Support, leave the problem long enough and the guarantee will run out and guess what, if your stupid enough you will go back to them you will have to waste more of your money on a product that does not deliver what the box states....

As you might guess one very off Seidio customer.
