Tom Tom V2 and Bt Mobile

Im having a hell of a time trying to get the TToneV2 GB to talk to my mobile phone via Wirless / Bluetooth ( BT network ) .The TT gives me a load of mobile networks to choose from but no BT option . It asks for all sorts of manual inputs but I have'nt got a clue where to start - Helppppppppppp !!!!
ps does anyone have a tel number for Tom Tom suport perhaps they can talk me through it /
