510 windscreen mount broke

my tomtom 510 windscreen mount has broken,the rubber suction cup has come off the main part of the mount.I did manage to push it back on but it fell off again leaving just the rubber on the window and my TT nearly falling on the floor.Has anyone else had this problem?

I bought it in may this year.does anyone know if i should contact tomtom or the company that i purchased it from?

yep i had this problem, just let tomtom know and they will send you another one.

I had this problem with my old One unit, took it back to argos and they swapped it round no probs
