iPaq 4150 2gb??

Not 100% sure where to post this query but here goes...

I Have just bought a 2gb memory card for my hp 4150 and installed everything and then it all just disappeared off the memory card and seemed a bit unstable, do any of you know if there is some incompatibility with a large memory card and the 4150?

I'v been assured on other forums that even 4gb works fine. I've only tried 1gb myself though.

The 4gb that I just bought, I've well and truely destroyed with my digital camera (tried formatting with it) - So for records sake the Sanyo VPC-C1 doesn't support 4gb!

Ah well... Sad
