sorry if this has been asked before I've tried searching but not found an answer ... I've loaded up 6.15 in my GO300 and am keen to use the route planner on the PC. I have signed up for 'plus' service, I don't know if thats necessary, its as clear as mud on the TT website. When the Go is connected to the PC it doesn't seem to want operate as normal it simply shows a splash screen indicating that it is connected to the PC. So what do I do to allow me to pan from the PC? Thanks... |

Ahh HA! Well the answer is no... followed by the question what is virtual TT. Now your comment has given me a clue about what I'm looking for.... (20 minutes passes by) and now I can tell you that I understand what virtual TT is, it is turned on and hey presto it works. Thanks Rugrat2 !!!
Have been out for a quick test drive to a couple of local poi's everything seems to work except I've lost the sound from safety camera warnings. I had them turned on for safety cameras, the visual warnings are coming up, the warnings are set to on, testing the warnings through the pc they are there, but just not when out on the road. Any ideas? |

Double check the Warn When Near Settings again for a known Camera. Then do a Reset and give it a go. _________________ Richard

Thanks, 'warn when near' settings are still remmbered, reset has had no effect; however if I interogate the 'warn when near' settings for each type of camera and simply go through and confirm all the existing settings, then they come back to life! It's a bit long winded becasue I've got the cmaeras set up in their different categories, however it brings the warnings back to life so I'm happy. I used to think that Windows PC's were tempramental, but they're not a patch on TomTom! (sorry I'm a Mac man, although I have used a PC to aquire TomTom Home and upgrade to 6.15) Thanks for your reply Oldboy. |
