Garmin Streetpilot C310 Audio update

I've just uploaded the latest audio file from Garmin (ver 2.4) only to discover that the english (UK) voice has been left out. I'm having to listen to the English (US) voice instead and it's awful. In the notes that explain the differences in the new version no mention of the English (UK) voice removal was made. Is it a mistake on Garmins part?
I need a copy of the previous audio file (ver 2.2) so that I can go back.
Can anybody help please?
I emailed Garmin support three days ago and have heard nothing!
