Help with loading speedcamera software to navman750

Help, ive downloaded the software onto my p.c but when i go to poi and try to open the file from my desktop to load it onto the navman the folder just shows as empty, when i open the file directly from my desktop the download is there, i cant use drag and drop to move the file either???
am i completley stupid or has anyone else had this issue?
please help, another 3 points and im done for

I followed the instructions and it works. 1 problem though......

Do you really have to install them one at a time? Its lot of cameras!!!!!
