hi can any 1 tell me how 2 load database in my navman. wen i try 2 open file it just says unknown file format. hope some 1 can help. cheers brian |

Welcome to the forum, please have a read through the guide HERE this should explain all, make sure you unzip the downloaded file though, it would appear alot of people new to this miss the vital step - Miike |

hi mike i saved download to my documents. how do i unzip file. thaught it would just open hope you can help read the navman instuctions but nowt on there to say how to unzip file cheers brian |

Brian, if you are using Windows XP simply double click the downloaded file and it will open to reveal the contents, if this doesn't occur, or you are not using Windows XP on the home computer please re-post with details of the operating system or any error messages etc - Mike |
