Speed camera icons -where???

Call me thick, but after following all the instructions I can't see any of the speed camera icons, or any POI on my Garmin nuvi300. I don't get any alerts either.

Going into the unit's map settings, i can see cameras are ticked, and have audio alert checked, but yet i receive no signal to warn me or see any visible icon even zoomed in close.

Is there something I've done wrong with the transfer or I have got the unit settings correct. Please help as I'm going slightly mad searching this huge and confusing forum.

I think I've found the cameras now... what I'd done was overwrite the speed cameras file with another set of POIs. How do you prevent POI Loader from doing that?

You can't. POILoader will always overwrite any POIs already installed. You have to put all POIs in one folder and upload them all together.
