Is the TomTom support site working?

trying to submit a support question (about replacement of broken mount) and guess what go to submit question - insists on OS being filled in, from a list of zero entries Exclamation

Ok try phoning support (probably at work tomorrow) - find support number, not a chance - tells you to search for phone number (what brain dead idea is that - why not just have a page with it all on) - even better search doesn't seem to do anything (could be my ISP's transparent poxy (sic) servers - but since the support site has been offline all weekend I am tempted to blame it unless proven over wise

The Tomtom Support is up and running. As to whether they solve your problem or send you impolite replies is for you to discover.

As you might gather I have sent them two problems with the Tomtom Rider. In both cases it resulted in receiving impolite answers from them.

My advice is to ignore support and look through discussion groups like this one and get help from anyone but Tomtom Support.

thanks for the replies - managed to submit it today Smile

I hope it will be as efficient as last time I used the support (when my 300 died)

The issue is a broken mount (not mine - but easier for me to deal with) - and the forums tell me TomTom replace them Smile

as it appears to be a design/manufacturing flaw.
