DELL Axim5, Tomtom nav2, vent mount but which CF GPS????

I'm looking at putting a GPS solution together for my Mum! I've preety much decided on The axim x5 and tomtom2 but can't work out which CF card to go for. She will want to swop it between vehicles hence a CF card rather than mouse, the SysOnChip seems to be the Bees knees but there is this talk of lag . Has any one used an Axim succesfully with this? Or does anyone have any recomendations?? Thanks for your help. Burger

I wouldn't go with a SysOnChip with a Dell unless you can test it first. There have been reported problems with the SysOnChip CF Plus with Axim X3's not working. From what I understand it seems to be a firmware issue on the Dell. If you are still looking to run a CF card solution on an Axim, the Holux GM-270 is a good buy.
