i had downgraded from 3.10 to 2.70 because it locked up at roundabouts but by doing so ive lost all the extra european cities. |

Did it lock up in Nav mode, or just Map mode? I've seen this under 3.10 in Map, but not in Nav. _________________ Garmin i3 gone (sold on eBay)

If you re-upgrade to v3.1 do the maps reappear????
Changing firmware should not affect mapping data in anyway.
Is your unit one of the older models with mapping on a TF card or mapping loaded to the unit? _________________ -----------------------------------

I have read this elsewhere on the forum; that this where to 'option' is not part of earlier builds. _________________ Garmin i3 gone (sold on eBay)

Bizarre......
How does it act with other firmware versions? 2.82, 2.9 or 3.0?
