Can any body shed light on the following?

Tom Tom One drum sound and flash screen only occasionally comes on - usually after 24 hrs of no use - usually goes striaght to 2nd flash screen if turned on a second time in the day. Is this supposed to happen?

Clock occasionally shows wrong time and has to be reset, even though battery has not run down. I think cured by a reset.

Thanks
John

Drum sound and "red hands" screen should NEVER appear, except after a reset or disconnection from USB connection. In normal operation it should go straight to any splash screen you've added (or the default one if there is one) or straight to navigation if there isn't.

Thanks Andy,

There is so much that is not documented. Maybe it is but I can't find it. I have asked TomTom Support if there is any 'more in depth' documentation but they just seem to skirt around the issue.
