Question and request for PGPS

First the question:

Do you read (and act) on the comments which may be added to a new/changed camera position?

As you may have seen from my earlier post today the comments that I added to a submission were not acted upon although corroboration was not really needed. I frequently add comments to submissions to clarify any issues there may be, so it would be nice to know that they are looked at.

Now the request:

Would it be possible to append the camera data sent in by members to the automated confirmation email so that we have a record of what we sent when. I have sent 24 submissions in the last 15 weeks and it is not easy to remember what I sent in when I have to check against the latest database 2 months or more later.

It used to be easy (for me and other members - not Oldie who had to deal with them all) when we sent in emails as we had a record of what we had sent. Appended data would give members a record again.

We keep all comments to all submissions. And we are supposed to read and react to them all. It's quite a big amount though, so we're far from perfect there.

As for the second part - good suggestion, I leave it up to Robert to reply.
