External Micrphone

Hi All

Getting to grips with my Navman S50 now and can even say that thanks to the guys on this site I'm beggining to like it!!!!

On my way home from work the other night my wife phoned whilst I was connected by bluetooth and complained of excessive background noise from wind and rain on my windscreen.

Can anyone advise if they are using an external microphone on their navman and if so has this reduced the back ground noise problem.

Hi Neal....did you have any luck with a microphone, I find the hands free on my S90 very handy, but some people I have been talking to, say I sound a bit distant, perhaps using a mic would help

No luck yet, might be going into town tomorrow though so if I find one I'll report back, my wife says I should just drive slower, .
