Hi , Please can you help. Mine is a Garmin i3.
I have downloaded the camera database, but now when plug in my i3 - up pops the POI loader . I follow instructions ie; point to the folder where the camera database is installed. Click Ok , and get the message , " There are no data files in that directory- please specify a directory that contains at least one file with a csv extension . TIA John

Welcome to the forums, once you have downloaded the file you need to un-zip the file to a known location (create a folder on your PC's desktop and unzip the files to this newly created folder, if not too sure, right click the desktop and select NEW/ Folder name it something you will remember) and point the POI Loader application to the folder containing the unzipped files - Mike

Welcome to the forum
After downloading the zip file you must extract all files into the directory that you will use POILoader to upload to your I3.
Start off by insuring that the directory is empty first before you start.
