I have been a member for a short while now and I don't seem to be getting the newsletter. When I logon the page says that I have not subscribed, but when I subscribe I am told I have already registered. Puzzled? I am. Help.
Great site, good information. |

Hi SpikeyMikey and welcome to the forums!
The newsletter is separate to the subscription. Please sign up in the box on the left hand side titled 'Email updates!
Thanks. _________________ Robert Brady |

Thanks for the reply Robert. The email updates box is the object I am referring to, sorry if I didn't make myself clear. Mike. |

I have been getting email updates regularly but have not had one since 19 May. I have checked my account and it says I am registered to receive them. Any ideas why this is so? |

I'm not receiving newsletters either, but when I enter my e-mail address to sign up for them it tells me I'm already a member of the mailing list. _________________ Anita

Me too.
I've never had a single newsletter since joining and signing up for the emails.
I have to remember to check the speed camera database every month
Any ideas would be welcome. _________________ Steve.

Hi Guys,
Many large ISPs mistakenly block a lot of legitimate commercial emails thinking they are spam and your newsletters may not arrive as a result.
We know that problems occurs intermittently with AOL, Supanet, Freeserve, Wanadoo, BTConnect, BTinternet, NTL and Blueyonder.
For those with more than one email address, I suggest signing up again.
Others could maybe diarise a visit to the homepage say once every week. That way you won't miss anything _________________ Robert Brady |

Obvious really, but didn't think of doing it! Done it now - will see what happens!

I do check the home page regularly, but it's nice to get a reminder.
It's good to have you back, Rob. Your help and advice have been missed! _________________ Anita

Any problems with hotmail? I haven't been getting them either.
No point changing to my other eMail account - it is Blueyonder! |

No problems reported with Hotmail delivery, but you may have them filtered into your junk mail? _________________ Robert Brady |

Not with my junk mail, which because I transfer any junk from my inbox to my junk mail folder before marking it for 'reporting as junkmail' when I empty the folder, my junkmail folder is checked most days. |

Hi Neil,
I'd say it'd be best to sign up again. We've had no other reported occurrences of Hotmail blocking the newsletters at server level (as opposed to filtering them as junk when they reach your account).
Please can you let us know if you don't receive one in the next month.
Thanks. _________________ Robert Brady |

Thanks for that - I will.
Can I ask that you post again in this thread when it is sent, just so that we all know when to check to see if it is being received - Thanks |

Does any one know if there is a problem with Firefly blocking emails as I haven't had a newsletter in months? |
