viaMichelin mauled by trade press

Has anyone ever seen a product get such a mauling as the viaMichelin? Although there are not a great many reviews on this product those that are available are pretty scathing. I think the final summing up in one review said it all - if you want to find just about any address then don't buy this product, rated at 2 out of 10. If these reviews are only partly true then one has to wonder why a company of this stature ever let this apparently flawed product go to market.

I agree, I have it and it's useless, I dont know why because everything about the company is very good except their maps for GPS, not to mention the voice instructions which just seem to be random and give you all sorts of very strange commands, I have given up with them and have bought another system which is great and 100% better.
