Going to France with my i3

Im about to disembark on a journey into France but need to use my i3 there too. I bought my i3 a little while ago so maps are preloaded onto the i3 itself but I have bought a seperate micro sd card should I need it.

My questions is, what will I need ti purchase to allow me to use my GPS in France. Im interested in routes obviously but also POI's. I'll be mainly visiting Calais.

calais is covered by the uk maps on the i3...

The i3 works like a dream in France! As someone else has said, the North is covered by your UK maps, for the rest of France you need to change the uk micro-sd card for a French one - about £90 including VAT.

metroguide europe will not autoroute (unless you use img2gps..search and read the posts)....city select does autoroute and will allow you to load maps onto two gps and will give you complete coverage in europe..

As has been said already the Calais area is well covered. Do a search for calais, zoom out and you can see it extends almost to Belgium.
