An upgrade from V6.020 to V6.110 is now available, but it can only be downloaded through TomTom Home.
There are apparently several bug fixes. _________________ Richard

I don't know as I don't have an x10 Device, but I would think that you are able to do an Update. _________________ Richard

Just used it to come home from work and it will NOT turn off!
It has frozen on the photo that is on the opening page.
I cannot see the reset button and no matter what I do it will not turn off or move from the photo!
Any ideas? |

To find the reset switch turn the unit upside down so you are looking at the connector (gold coloured pins underneath the device) above this area is a corner of plastic removed (not symetrical) the reset switch is positioned within this recess, its a very small button that you press with a pin or needle, check the manual for a photograph or the location if the above doesn't give it away, you need strong light to pick it out though - Mike |

Got it on and it seems to be working - if somewhat slow!
Will have a play around and see how it goes. |

I downloaded the update last night and ever since my Tom Tom 910 has frozen--only way I can turn it off is with the pin--I turn it back on OK and then it just freezes with the picture--HELP.
This is the 3rd TT I have had and I just don't know what to do--I have looked at the Garmin Nuvi but I feel that it is limited compared to the TT.
The problem I have now is that I need my TT for Sunday and it won't work now !!!
What can I do?????????????????? |

Try placing it in the USB cradle and turning it on. I had the problem but am not exactly sure how I fixed it but it did involve putting it in and out of the USB cradle. The reset button didn't seem too effective.

Hi Rosiei
Hope you have sorted it.
I had the same problem as you can see, but I then did put it in the cradle and charged it up then left it for a while and it came back on.
Since then, I have used it twice today and it is working fine.
But I now have a safety pin attached to the case - just in case |

Hi everyone,
I just got my 910 and everything worked fine until TomTom Home for MAC asked me to update my firmware and suddenly crashed.
Now I have a TomTom without system and no way to download the update again.
I was wandering if someone could email me or post a download link for the update file.
If you didn't delete it from tomtom home it should be placed in .../tomtom/HOME/downloads.
Anyway you can check where this folder is in the preferences of TTH.
Thanks in advance.
Ugo.
Another option would be just to get the file called "system" inside the TOMTOM |
